After many years of troubled and stressful nights with disturbed sleep, I am now able to relax and enjoy a night’s sleep – all due to this SnorBan product. My husband finds the SnorBan slightly uncomfortable when he first places it into his mouth but through the action of stopping his bottom jaw from dropping toward his neck and restricting his breathing pattern he is now able to sleep though the night without being constantly disturbed – either by myself telling him to stop snoring or by himself choking on restriction of the tongue and neck area.
