No, it is a very simple process to fit. Just follow the comprehensive instructions provided.
Will my jaw be sore from being slightly forward during sleep ?
The average person requires an adjustment period of 2 to 3 weeks to reach maximum comfort. During this period you may feel a slight discomfort in the jaw area but this will disappear a few minutes after removing The SnorBan® mouthpiece.
Will I have trouble breathing with the SnorBan® mouthpiece in my mouth ?
Under normal conditions you will have no problems. If a cold or allergies cause you to have a stuffed up nose you should discontinue its use until you can breathe freely through your nose.

Yes, it may well do. We do NOT recommend you use it.
How long will a SnorBan® last?

Does SnorBan® contain latex?
No.
What is an overbite?
An overbite is where the top jaw, when in rest, is slightly in front of the lower jaw. An underbite is the reverse where the lower jaw sticks out. If you have an underbite then SnorBan® cannot be used.
