Your SnorBan® device is unconditionally guaranteed for a full 30 days from receipt of purchase.

Despite our knowledge and experience, we cannot state that the use of the SnorBan® mouthpiece will be successful for every individual. However we do know from the small amount of returns (which, coincidently, match figures from the medical trials carried out by the University of Mannheim) that it provides relief for more than 92% of our customers.

We have a duty of care to you, our clients which we strive to honour. It is also very important to us that satisfied users recommending others to SnorBan®. 

Through our contacts with various sleep clinics and dentists, we have become more knowledgeable about the product, and have become more aware of the caveats relating to the use of the mouthpiece. These we list below:-

• Do you wear dentures?
  You cannot wear dentures with a SnorBan mouthpiece.
• How are your jaws configured?
  You cannot use a SnorBan if either your upper or lower jaw greatly protrude.
• Can you breathe through your nose?
  You cannot breathe through your mouth while wearing SnorBan, so you must be able to breathe through one nostril at least.
• Do you have sufficient teeth?
  To hold the SnorBan in place you must have a minimum of three teeth in both jaws.
• Do you suffer from Tempro mandibular joint - this is a pain between the jaws or a 'clicking' therein?
  If so, you must not use a SnorBan mouthpiece.
• Do you suffer from epilepsy?
  If so, you must not use SnorBan.
• Do you suffer from chronic asthma?
  If so, you must not use SnorBan

Surgery, which incidentally can be very painful (in some cases exceedingly so) cannot be guaranteed and is only to be recommended in exceptional circumstances.
